Reservations
Notice of two business days is required to reserve rooms in the Idaho Commons and Student Union buildings. Rooms can be reserved, confirmed or cancelled through the Scheduling Office, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Call (208) 885-6956 or send email to rooms@sub.uidaho.edu, or use our Online Room Request Form.
Cancellations
Cancellations of smaller rooms requires notice of one business day. Rooms with special set-ups require notice of two business days. The Ballroom requires at least one-week prior notice of a cancellation. All groups who fail to cancel their room reservations will be charged a $25 fee. Changes in set-ups or attendance should be reported to the Scheduling Coordinator immediately.
